Arthur Johnston Snowball first opened its doors in 1896 as a shipping and forwarding agent servicing the busy port of Albany and the Great Southern region. As development increased, the company's direction changed to real estate, property management and the commencement of Snowball Auctions. In November 2000, the company merged with another leading real estate office - The Professionals Watson and Capararo, which had developed an outstanding reputation over 40 years for its expertise in residential and commercial real estate sales, property management and business broking.
The entity, Professionals Arthur Johnston Snowball combines two long-established local identities with the Professionals national network, enabling greater resources and concentrated expertise across all core activities of real estate sales, property management and valuation.
